A kitchen with a feel for the essentials
Our cuisine tastes the way Tyrol feels: genuine and full of character. Head chef Marco and his team bring nature to the plate, with hand-picked regional ingredients, thought through by season, rooted in the Alps and light in a Mediterranean way. No frills, no fuss. Simply really good food.
- Breakfast (7:30 to 10:30 am): buffet with organic products from the region, egg specialities fresh from the show kitchen
- Afternoon snack (2:30 to 4:00 pm): homemade cakes and savoury bites, in your bathrobe if you like
- Dinner (6:00 to 8:30 pm): salad buffet, a five-course menu of your choice and, to finish, dessert or a selection of cheeses
The wine cellar
Our wine cellar is more than a storage room: it is a stylish place for tastings and refined celebrations, from birthdays to anniversaries. The wine list shines above all with top Austrian wines. Ask our team for a tour or reserve the cellar for your occasion.
Café & bistro Platzhirsch
Directly attached to the hotel, the Platzhirsch invites you to take a break: small snacks, homemade cakes and Tyrolean treats. The highlight is the terrace on the village square, overlooking the bustle of Seefeld and the mountains behind it.
Bar & lounge
The evening winds down at our bar: a glass of wine, a cocktail or a digestif in a relaxed atmosphere. If you prefer to sit outside, you will find a spot on the Platzhirsch terrace on the village square.
