Our wellness area extends across four floors with views of the Wetterstein and Karwendel mountains. This is not wellness light, but conscious switching off and deep breathing.
The entire area is a quiet zone and is available to adults aged 15 and over. Children are welcome in the Genuss pool until 4:30 pm. Due to the structure of the building, the wellness area is unfortunately not accessible step-free.

Genuss pool
The indoor pool on the 2nd floor lies directly beneath the open roof truss. The glazed window front opens up the view of the mountains while you swim your lengths in water at 30 degrees: 12 x 6 metres, 1.38 metres deep, with a bubble corner and massage jets. In the evening, the Tyrolean wood-burning fireplace by the loungers creates a special atmosphere.
Leisure lounge & panoramic whirlpool
On the 3rd floor, the leisure lounge with its wood-burning stove and relaxation loungers awaits, along with the panoramic whirlpool overlooking the Karwendel mountains. Relax at 36 degrees on the water loungers; in summer the glass front opens onto the sun terrace.
Sauna world
The sauna world on the 2nd floor offers the right kind of heat for every preference:
- Finnish sauna (approx. 90 °C) with daily themed infusions
- Steam bath (approx. 40 °C) with natural aromas, daily from 3 pm with a nourishing salt scrub
- Bio sauna (approx. 60 °C) for gentle relaxation
- Infrared cabin for deep-acting warmth
- Cold-water shower and a balcony overlooking the village square
The sauna area is textile-free.
Four quiet zones
- Zirbennest (attic floor): water beds, the scent of stone pine and a panoramic view of the Gschwandtkopf and Rosshütte
- Kaminzimmer (2nd floor): wooden loungers by the glass fireplace, ideal for reading
- Pool gallery (3rd floor): bean bags overlooking the pool area
- Leisure lounge (3rd floor): modern loungers above the rooftops of Seefeld
Plus: a roof terrace with a sun lawn and a 360-degree view from the Karwendel across the Wetterstein range to the Stubai Alps.
Fitness & beauty
The fitness centre on the 1st floor is equipped with Technogym series machines, from treadmill to power station, overlooking the village square. In the massage and beauty centre with six treatment rooms and one couples' treatment room, our therapists pamper you with massages and beauty treatments.

- Spa reception: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Panoramic pool: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Fitness: 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
- Sauna world: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
Open daily. On Fridays and Saturdays we extend the spa hours until 10:00 pm.
